Cavaliers 120, Raptors 112: LeBron James scored 15 of his 29 points in the fourth quarter and tied a season high with 14 assists as visiting Cleveland withstood a second-half rally to defeat Toronto.

Kyrie Irving scored 26 points and had eight assists while Kevin Love finished with 22 points and 10 rebounds for the Cavaliers, who claimed the season series 3-1. J.R. Smith scored 15 points and James Jones hit four 3-pointers en route to 14 points off the bench.

Jonas Valanciunas tallied 26 points and 11 rebounds while Lou Williams scored 21 of his 26 points in a scorching fourth-quarter performance for the Raptors. DeMar DeRozan had 25 points and Greivis Vasquez handed out a season-high 13 assists for Toronto.

James scored inside and assisted on a 3-pointer by Love to begin a 12-2 run midway through the second quarter, and Love had five quick points later in the period as Cleveland built up a 57-43 halftime lead. Love hit another 3 and Irving followed with one of his own for a 70-51 advantage but DeRozan had eight straight points late in the third as Toronto began its charge, pulling within 84-74 going into the final stanza.

Williams scored 14 points in the first three-plus minutes of the fourth and pushed the Raptors in front 93-91 with a 3-pointer, but James soon came off the bench and had a dunk, two free throws and two 3-pointers in a 13-5 burst that made it 108-101 with just over three minutes left. Williams stayed hot with another make from beyond the arc and Valancinus scored before Smith nailed Cleveland's 15th 3-pointer and a layup by James in the final minute helped to seal it.

GAME NOTEBOOK: James was named Eastern Conference Player of the Month for February after averaging 24.4 points and 7.3 assists to help Cleveland go 8-3. ... Love reached the 8,000-point mark for his career with a 3-pointer in the second quarter. ... Valanciunas was given a flagrant foul for yanking down James in the lane late in the third.
