Heat 111, Knicks 87: Rookie Shabazz Napier scored a career-high 18 points and Mario Chalmers had 13 points and a season-high eight steals as visiting Miami coasted past New York.

The Heat were without newly acquired guard Goran Dragic, who will debut Saturday against New Orleans, and All-Star forward Chris Bosh, whose season is in jeopardy amid concerns that blood clots have traveled from his legs to his lungs. Tyler Johnson finished with 14 points and Dwyane Wade added 12 in his return from a hamstring injury that kept him out of the final seven games before the All-Star break.

Langston Galloway scored 19 points to lead the Knicks, who have lost six straight overall and six in a row against Miami. Tim Hardaway Jr. added 17 points in a reserve role while Jose Calderon chipped in 11 and a game-high nine assists for New York.

Hardaway hit all four of his shots in the first quarter to help New York claim a 26-25 lead but Napier made each of his three attempts - including two 3-pointers - in the second as Miami went in front 58-48 at halftime. Hardaway hit a triple to pull the Knicks within nine points before Napier and Chalmers were good from long range in a 10-2 burst that made it 83-66 late in the third.

Chalmers found Johnson for an alley-oop early in the fourth to push the margin to 94-73 and force a timeout by New York. Another alley-oop from Chalmers to Chris Andersen with just over seven minutes to go kept it a 21-point gap and Napier later buried his fourth 3-pointer to key an 8-0 burst that turned it into a blowout.
