Raptors 91, 76ers 86: Kyle Lowry scored 17 of his 21 points in the final 5:30 and Greivis Vasquez buried the go-ahead jumper with 25 seconds left as visiting Toronto downed Philadelphia for the seventh straight time.

Patrick Patterson added 14 points and 13 rebounds off the bench for the Raptors, who improved to 8-0 against Atlantic Division opponents. Vasquez tallied 12 points while Jonas Valanciunas and Lou Williams each had 11 for Toronto, which made its last six free throws down the stretch.

Robert Covington scored 18 points while K.J. McDaniels had 14 for the 76ers, who couldn't overcome 18 turnovers. Nerlens Noel collected 12 points and 14 rebounds while Michael Carter-Williams recorded 12 points, nine assists and seven boards for Philadelphia.

Noel sparked a 13-0 run to put the 76ers on top 77-68 before Lowry ended a nearly six-minute field-goal drought with a 3-pointer, and he buried two more triples a short time later to even the score at 81. Carter-Williams nailed a 3-pointer and went coast-to-coast to put the 76ers ahead 86-85 before Vasquez knocked down a clutch jumper to put the Raptors back in front by one, and Lowry sank two free throws with five seconds remaining to preserve the victory.

Covington and McDaniels nailed back-to-back 3-pointers to help the 76ers jump out to a 15-0 lead before Williams later scored eight points during a 16-3 run that spilled into the second quarter to even the score at 30. Valanciunas converted a three-point play as part of a 10-2 spurt to end the first half as Toronto took a 48-41 advantage into the break.
