Hornets 80, Pacers 71 (OT): Gerald Henderson scored 20 points, including the first four of overtime, and Marvin Williams provided a lift down the stretch as undermanned Charlotte rallied to beat visiting Indiana.

Lance Stephenson scored 13 points in his second game against his former team for the Hornets, who played without red-hot Kemba Walker (cyst on his knee) in addition to Al Jefferson (groin). Michael Kidd-Gilchrist (16) and Bismack Biyombo (14) combined for 30 rebounds as Charlotte won for the sixth time in seven games despite shooting 30.7 percent.

David West scored 19 points for the Pacers, who lost their fourth straight and had a season low for points despite the extra period. Roy Hibbert had 12 points and 14 rebounds, but Indiana went scoreless for an eight-minute stretch bridging the third and fourth quarters that turned a six-point lead into a three-point deficit.

Henderson opened the extra session with a three-point play after a tough drive to the hoop and added another free throw before Biyombo followed a miss to extend the lead to six with 3:07 left. Williams then drained a pair of jumpers to push the edge to 78-68 and Charlotte closed out the win.

West scored 14 points as the Pacers led 40-37 at the half and the clubs combined to score 24 points in the third period as Indiana took a 51-50 edge into the fourth. A straightaway 3-pointer by Williams gave Charlotte a 68-66 with 51 seconds left, but Rodney Stuckey drained two free throws with 13.1 ticks remaining to tie, and the game went to overtime when Henderson's long jumper rimmed out.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Walker was averaging 29.8 points on 47.4 percent shooting, 5.2 rebounds and 4.5 assists in his last six games. ... Hibbert recorded his 100th career double-double … Brian Roberts filled in for Walker and scored six points on 2-of-12 shooting with four assists.
