Timberwolves 110, Pacers 101: Mo Williams set a franchise record with 52 points as visiting Minnesota downed Indiana to end its 15-game losing skid.

Williams scored 37 of his points in the second half and Andrew Wiggins added 20 overall for the Timberwolves, who went 18-of-19 from the free-throw line. Thaddeus Young recorded 11 points, six rebounds and four steals while Gorgui Dieng had 10 points and 10 boards for Minnesota.

C.J. Miles led the way with 22 points while C.J. Watson had 17 for the Pacers, who couldn't overcome an 18-of-30 performance from the foul line. Rodney Stuckey chipped in with 13 points off the bench while David West had 12 before he was ejected in the late stages for Indiana.

Wiggins slammed home a miss and converted a three-point play to put Minnesota on top 93-90 before nailing a turnaround jumper a short time later to stretch the lead to five with 3:35 remaining. Williams hit a clutch 3-pointer to put the Timberwolves up 102-96 and he made four free throws in the final 33.1 seconds to preserve the victory.

Stuckey scored five straight points as part of an 11-2 run to open the second quarter as the Pacers jumped in front 32-27 and they took a 52-46 edge into intermission. Miles knocked down two straight jumpers to give Indiana its biggest lead of the game at 62-53 before Williams and Robbie Hummel drilled back-to-back 3-pointers to pull Minnesota within 81-80.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The Timberwolves snapped a five-game losing streak at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. … Minnesota SF Shabazz Muhammad missed the game with an abdominal strain. … Indiana C Roy Hibbert collected 10 points and eight rebounds before he was ejected in the third quarter for committing a flagrant foul 2 on Dieng.
