Clippers 120, Mavericks 100: Blake Griffin had 22 points, seven rebounds and six assists as Los Angeles blew out visiting Dallas.

Jamal Crawford added 19 points off the bench and Matt Barnes scored 18 as the Clippers beat the Mavericks for the seventh time in their last nine meetings. Chris Paul contributed 17 points and 13 assists, J.J. Redick scored 16 points with the help of 4-of-8 shooting from 3-point range and DeAndre Jordan was the fifth starter in double figures, finishing with 13 points and 15 rebounds.

Dirk Nowitzki scored 25 points for Dallas, which has lost two straight following a six-game winning streak. Monta Ellis scored 15 of his 23 points in the first half, Chandler Parsons added 12 points and Tyson Chandler collected 10 rebounds for Dallas.

The Clippers scored the last seven points of the second quarter and the first nine of the third to turn a close game into a 16-point lead. Ellis and Rajon Rondo then missed outside shots and the Clippers turned those into baskets on the other end and the lead was 20 with 8:38 still left in the third quarter.

Dallas trimmed the deficit to 12 with 3:41 remaining in the third, prompting a timeout by the Clippers, and they responded with a 7-0 run. Los Angeles took an 16-point cushion into the fourth and an 8-0 burst in the opening minutes gave the Clippers their biggest lead of the game at 98-77.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Veteran referee Joey Crawford suffered a knee injury in the second quarter and left the floor, forcing the game to be officiated by a two-man crew the rest of the way. … Dallas coach Rick Carlisle received two technical fouls in the third quarter and was ejected. … The Clippers improved to 83-21 at home since the start of the 2012-13 season, the best record in the NBA.
