Pistons 105, Spurs 104: Brandon Jennings banked in a left-handed runner with one-tenth of a second left as visiting Detroit rallied from an 18-point deficit to stun San Antonio for its sixth straight win.

Andre Drummond racked up 20 points and 17 rebounds and Greg Monroe collected 17 points and 11 boards for the Pistons, who have not lost since waiving free-agent bust Josh Smith. D.J. Augustin scored 19 points off the bench and Jennings and Jodie Meeks added 13 apiece.

Jeff Ayres scored 16 points off the bench and Tim Duncan finished with 15 points and seven rebounds for the Spurs, who had won 11 straight home games against Eastern Conference opponents. Danny Green scored 13 points and Marco Belinelli added 12 while Manu Ginobili contributed 11 points and eight assists.

The fourth quarter alone featured 10 lead changes and three ties, and the Spurs took a 102-101 lead when Ginobili hit a pair of free throws with 1:30 remaining. The Pistons came up empty on three straight trips with a chance to tie or take the lead before Drummond stole a bad inbounds pass from Duncan and Jennings went the length of the court to bank in the game-winner.

San Antonio's lead reached its apex when Ginobili fed Ayres for a bucket to make it 54-36 with 3:55 left in the first half, but the Pistons used a 13-2 run to pull within seven before Duncan beat the buzzer to make it 58-49 at the break. Drummond scored seven points during a 10-0 run that put Detroit on top 72-69 with 5:11 left in the third quarter, and the Pistons went up by 10 before Belinelli scored five points in the final 46 seconds of the quarter to get the Spurs within 82-77 entering the fourth.
