Pistons 119, Pacers 109: Andre Drummond scored a game-high 20 points while Greg Monroe recorded 19 points and 15 rebounds as Detroit defeated visiting Indiana to snap four-game losing streak.

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope contributed 15 points while Brandon Jennings tallied 14 to go along with 10 assists for the Pistons, who topped their season high in scoring. D.J. Augustin chipped in with 14 points, Jodie Meeks had 13 and Jonas Jerebko added 10 as Detroit shot 54.7 percent from the field.

Roy Hibbert led the way with 19 points before fouling out for the Pacers, who lost despite shooting at least 50 percent (50.6) for the third straight game. Solomon Hill, C.J. Watson and Luis Scola each added 14 points, George Hill had 13 and David West grabbed 11 rebounds for Indiana.

The Pistons led by as much as 10 in the first quarter and Indiana rallied to tie it in the second before Jennings drained a late 3-pointer to help Detroit finish strong for a 57-53 lead at intermission. Caldwell-Pope had five points during a 14-2 burst as the Pistons pushed their lead to 82-68 with 2:55 left in the third.

The Pacers pulled within 11 going into the fourth, but Caron Butler nailed a 3-pointer to give Detroit a 101-86 advantage. Scola recorded two straight baskets to cap a 7-1 run as Indiana crept within seven with just under four minutes to go before the Pistons scored the next six – four by Jerebko – to gain the cushion they needed.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Monroe started in place of second-leading scorer Josh Smith, who was waived earlier in the week and signed with Houston. … Indiana G Rodney Stuckey had nine points before suffering a facial contusion early in the second half. He did not return. … Pistons PF Anthony Tolliver, acquired Wednesday from Phoenix for PF Tony Mitchell, arrived in Detroit on Friday but did not play.
