Lakers 115, Warriors 105: Carlos Boozer collected 18 points and nine rebounds to lead seven players in double figures as Kobe Bryant-less Los Angeles handed visiting Golden State a rare loss.

Ronnie Price scored a season-high 17 points and Nick Young had 15 off the bench as the Lakers shot 51.7 percent from the field to become the first team this season to shoot 50 percent or better against the Warriors. Ed Davis went 7-of-7 from the field for 14 points and Wesley Johnson scored 14 as well for Los Angeles, which gave Bryant the game off to rest.

Stephen Curry scored 22 points on 10-of-14 shooting and Klay Thomson scored 18 as Golden State lost for just the second time in 20 games and fell to 23-4 on the season. David Lee scored 12 points in 18 minutes off the bench for the Warriors, who fell to 13-3 on the road.

Young’s three-point play capped a 16-6 run ending the first quarter and left the Lakers in front 34-24, and the lead swelled to 17 before Los Angeles settled for a 63-48 gap at the break. Wayne Ellington knocked down a 3-pointer in a 6-0 run opening the third to spread it to a 21-point cushion.

Golden State cut it to 75-65 on back-to-back 3-pointers from Harrison Barnes and Thompson but Ellington responded with another triple and the Lakers pushed it back to 95-73 heading into the fourth. The Warriors left the starters on the bench for most of the fourth quarter and the reserves put together a 16-0 run before Los Angeles closed it out.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Bryant stayed home to rest but is expected to join the team Wednesday for the trip to Chicago. … The Lakers tied a season high with 12 3-pointers (12-of-26). … Warriors reserve G Justin Holiday totaled 29 points in the last two games after putting up 11 in his first 10 contests this season.
