Bucks 117, Knicks 113: Ersan Ilyasova scored 20 points in 20 minutes off the bench as host Milwaukee held off a furious rally to win for the fourth time in five games.

Zaza Pachulia had 14 points and 13 rebounds while Brandon Knight finished with 14 points and nine assists for the Bucks. Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton chipped in 13 points apiece as Milwaukee (6-5) moved above .500 for the first time since March 20, 2013.

Tim Hardaway Jr. scored a season-high 24 points in a reserve role and Carmelo Anthony collected 26 points for New York, which has lost eight of nine. Iman Shumpert returned from a one-game absence due to a hip injury to pour in 21 points.

Trailing by 14 points midway through the fourth, New York scored 10 straight points - four by both Anthony and Hardaway - and J.R. Smith's 3-pointer with 30.9 seconds left cut the deficit to 112-109. Jerryd Bayless (nine points) made 5-of-6 free throws in the closing seconds to offset a pair of dunks by Anthony and help the Bucks improve to 4-1 at home.

Milwaukee took charge in the second quarter as Ilyasova's 3-pointer sparked an 8-0 burst and five different Bucks scored during a dominant 20-2 run before the break, staking the hosts to a 66-49 halftime lead. Antetokounmpo had 13 points and five rebounds in the third quarter alone as Milwaukee extended the lead to as many as 26 before settling for a 95-80 advantage entering the final 12 minutes.
