Spurs 99, Warriors 90: Tony Parker scored 20 points and Danny Green added 18 as visiting San Antonio knocked off Golden State to extend its season-best winning streak to 13 straight games.

Tiago Splitter recorded 17 points and 14 rebounds for the Spurs, who rested Manu Ginobili and Tim Duncan on the second night of a back-to-back. Kawhi Leonard contributed 16 points and Marco Belinelli scored 15 off the bench for San Antonio.

Stephen Curry collected 20 points and six assists for the Warriors, who had a three-game winning streak come to an end. Klay Thompson scored 16 points and Andrew Bogut hauled in 17 rebounds and blocked four shots for Golden State.

The Warriors pulled within 76-74 on Jermaine O’Neal’s free throw with 10:15 left but went nearly three minutes without a point as the Spurs took control. Green’s second 3-pointer of the fourth quarter capped an 11-0 run and Golden State never got closer than seven points down the rest of the way.

San Antonio jumped out to a 22-7 lead seven minutes into the contest and was up 10 points at the end of the first quarter. The Warriors used a 10-0 run in the second quarter to pull within four and went into the break down 50-47 before the Spurs extended the lead to 76-69 by the end of the third.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The Spurs sat Duncan, Ginobili and Parker in their last visit to Golden State on Dec. 19 and won that meeting 104-102. … Warriors F Andre Iguodala (knee) missed his third straight game. … Golden State dominated the boards 54-40 but was even in points in the paint at 40.
