Trail Blazers 102, Jazz 94: Damian Lillard scored 14 of his 28 points in the fourth quarter as Portland came alive late to down visiting Utah.

Wesley Matthews added 24 points while Robin Lopez collected 12 points and a career-high 18 rebounds for the Trail Blazers, who snapped a season-high three game losing streak. Mo Williams chipped in 13 points off the bench for Portland, which played without All-Star LaMarcus Aldridge (groin).

Enes Kanter matched a career high with 25 points and collected 10 boards while Trey Burke scored 21 for the Jazz. Gordon Hayward recorded 17 points, seven rebounds and seven assists for Utah, which was outscored 38-21 in the fourth quarter.

The Jazz took a 73-64 lead into the fourth quarter but Batum and Lillard each hit a 3-pointer during a 10-0 burst opening the frame to put the Trail Blazers on top. Mathews converted a three-point play to extend the run to 19-4 and put Portland on top 83-77 with 5:22 to play and Utah never got closer than two points the rest of the way.

The Blazers took a 43-39 lead into the half and led by as many as six points early in the third before Utah began to work its way back into the game. Burke scored five points in a 14-5 run that put the Jazz in front 68-60 with 1:51 left in the third quarter.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Aldridge missed his second straight game and is expected to miss at least a week. … Lopez’s double-double was his 21st on the season and fourth in the last six games. … Kanter was starting in place of C Derrick Favors (hip), who missed his second straight game.
