Pelicans 105, Hawks 100: Anthony Davis racked up 27 points and 10 rebounds and Brian Roberts scored 19 points to go with six assists as host New Orleans rallied for its sixth win in nine games.

Eric Gordon scored 18 points and Anthony Morrow added 16 for the Pelicans, who went 20-of-22 from the foul line. New Orleans dominated inside, holding a 50-38 edge on the boards and outscoring the Hawks 50-42 in the paint.

Paul Millsap collected 26 points and 10 rebounds and DeMarre Carroll scored a season-high 22 for the Hawks, who have dropped two straight. Mike Scott scored 16 points off the bench and Jeff Teague added 11 points and 13 assists.

Lou Williams and Scott each hit 3-pointers during a quick 8-0 burst early in the fourth quarter as Atlanta opened an 83-76 lead, but Davis scored 10 points during a 22-5 run as New Orleans regained control. Scott made a 3-pointer and added a layup off a Carroll steal to help the Hawks get within 98-95 in the final minute, but Roberts' floater in the lane ended the rally and the Pelicans held on.

New Orleans gained some separation midway through the second quarter, going up 43-35 behind seven straight points from Morrow. Scott and Kyle Korver hit back-to-back 3-pointers and Carroll knocked down two straight from long range to help Atlanta to a 51-47 halftime edge.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Korver went 2-for-5 from long range to extend his NBA-record streak to 117 consecutive games with at least one 3-pointer. … Atlanta PF Elton Brand suffered a small cut above his right eye in the first half but did not require stitches and was able to return to the game. … New Orleans swingman Tyreke Evans sat out with a rib injury suffered early in Monday's loss to San Antonio.
