Pelicans 100, Magic 92: Anthony Davis recorded 22 points, a career-high 19 rebounds and blocked seven shots in his 100th NBA game as New Orleans held off visiting Orlando.

Tyreke Evans contributed 23 points -- 13 in the fourth quarter – and handed out seven assists for the Pelicans, who finished with a 48-32 edge on the boards. Brian Roberts chipped in with 15 points and Eric Gordon added 14 as New Orleans won for the third time in four games.

Arron Afflalo led the way with 25 points and Victor Oladipo scored 18 for the Magic, who dropped to a league-worst 3-19 on the road. Tobias Harris had 17 points and nine rebounds while Jameer Nelson added 15 points and eight assists for Orlando.

Evans scored his team’s first 10 points in the final quarter as New Orleans led 85-75 before Afflalo answered with six straight and Nelson’s three-point play pulled the Magic within 87-84. Orlando could never get closer as Davis punctuated his night with two highlight-reel dunks in the final minutes.

The Pelicans led by as much as 16 in the second quarter, but Nelson scored five in the final two minutes to help pull the Magic within 54-44 at intermission. Darius Miller’s 3-pointer capped a 9-0 run that gave New Orleans a 13-point advantage in the third before Orlando rallied to within six going into the final quarter.
