Lakers 112, Raptors 106: Nick Young returned from a one-game suspension to score 24 of his 29 points in the second half as visiting Los Angeles rallied from 19 points down to stun Toronto.

Young, who sat out Friday's game in Boston for throwing a punch two nights earlier in a loss to Phoenix, made 5-of-7 3-pointers, four of the makes coming after the break. Pau Gasol scored 22 points and Kendall Marshall recorded his fifth straight double-double with 10 points and 11 assists as the Lakers won their second straight following a six-game slide.

DeMar DeRozan scored 23 points and Kyle Lowry had 21 for the Raptors, who were denied their first season series sweep of Los Angeles in franchise history. Patrick Patterson contributed 17 points and seven rebounds off the bench, helping Toronto secure a 47-31 advantage on the glass.

The game featured a wild exchange of runs, with Toronto using a 20-2 burst - including eight points from DeRozan - in the first half to claim a 50-31 advantage, only to see Los Angeles get eight points from Wesley Johnson and seven from Marshall in a 23-8 surge that made it 58-54 at the break. The Raptors opened the third quarter with 12 consecutive points - seven by Lowry - to go up 16 before the Lakers came all the way back to claim an 82-81 lead entering the fourth.

The lead changed hands eight times in the fourth quarter, the last occurring when Gasol hit a pair of free throws to put Los Angeles up 97-96 with 4:07 left before Young hit a 3-pointer the next time down the floor. After Lowry drove for his third straight basket with under two minutes remaining, Young made another triple to push the advantage to 108-103 and then made four straight free throws in the final minute to seal it.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Raptors F John Salmons sat due to a back issue while F Tyler Hansbrough (ankle) missed his ninth straight game. ... Lowry had seven of his nine assists in the first quarter, when Toronto was 14-for-19 from the floor. ... F Ryan Kelly scored 17 points while G Jodie Meeks added 11 and four steals for the Lakers, who were 26-of-28 from the free-throw line.
