Raptors 112, Pistons 91: Kyle Lowry led a balanced attack with 21 points and nine assists as Toronto handed visiting Detroit its sixth straight loss.

All five starters finished in double figures as the Raptors bounced back emphatically following losses to the Miami Heat and Indiana Pacers. DeMar DeRozan had 19 points, Terrence Ross added 17 and Jonas Valanciunas had 16 to go along with 11 rebounds.

Brandon Jennings' 22 points and nine assists paced the Pistons, who shot 39.5 percent while hitting just 4-of-16 from beyond the arc. Rodney Stuckey scored 14 off the bench, Josh Smith and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope added 13 points each and Greg Monroe had 11 points and 11 rebounds.

Toronto went up by as many as 11 in the second quarter, but Jennings and Caldwell-Pope combined for 12 points during a 14-0 Detroit run that helped the Pistons establish a 54-50 edge at the break. Two quick 3-pointers from Ross put Toronto back in front early in the second half, DeRozan converted a three-point play just past the midway point of the third to make it a double-digit Toronto lead and Lowry added a late 3 as the Raptors went into the fourth ahead 84-74.

Valanciunas threw down a running dunk to preserve the lead early in the final quarter. Toronto used a parade of free throws to extend the advantage to 18 with 5:20 remaining, and Patrick Patterson's 19-footer just over three minutes later gave the Raptors their biggest lead of the night at 110-89.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Raptors PF Tyler Hansbrough missed his fourth straight game with a left ankle sprain. ... DeRozan (0-for-9) and teammate Amir Johnson (0-for-7) combined to miss all 16 of their first-half shot attempts. ... Toronto is 1-5 against the Heat and Pacers and 11-5 against the rest of the Eastern Conference.
