Timberwolves 126, 76ers 95: Kevin Love scored 26 points as part of an impressive outside shooting performance in an easy win for visiting Minnesota.

Love made 4-of-7 3-pointers for the Timberwolves, who finished with a season-high 16 makes in 26 attempts from beyond the arc. Kevin Martin scored 18 points, Corey Brewer had all 15 of his points in the first half and Nikola Pekovic finished with 16 points and 14 rebounds.

Fresh off an impressive road trip capped by four straight wins, the 76ers fell flat at home, turning the ball over 23 times while getting outrebounded 53-40. Thaddeus Young led the way with 20 points while James Anderson had 14 off the bench.

Minnesota hit four early 3-pointers and poured it on late in the first half, beginning with a J.J. Barea triple that snapped a 46-46 tie midway through the second quarter. Alexey Shved had another moments later and Brewer and Love had a 3-pointer apiece as part of a 24-8 run to close the period.

Martin made the Timberwolves' 10th 3-pointer less than two minutes into the third quarter to make it 75-56 and Love had two in a row late in the frame en route to a 31-point advantage heading into the fourth. Philadelphia failed to mount anything in a battle of the benches down the stretch as it fell to Minnesota for the fifth straight time.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Minnesota's previous high for 3-pointers was 12 at Memphis on Dec. 15 . ... Brewer was 5-for-5 from the floor and 3-for-3 from long distance in the first half. ... SF Evan Turner and PG Michael Carter-Williams had 13 points apiece for the Sixers, while Barea had 13 off the bench for the Timberwolves.
