Bucks 109, Wizards 105 (OT): Khris Middleton scored a career-high 29 points and Brandon Knight forced overtime while scoring 20 points to lead visiting Milwaukee past Washington.

John Henson contributed 19 points and 17 rebounds and O.J. Mayo tallied 17 points for the Bucks, who won for only the second time in 15 games. Milwaukee held the Wizards to 0-of-6 shooting in the overtime.

John Wall had 30 points and eight assists and Trevor Ariza added 22 points and 12 rebounds for Washington, which let a five-point lead in the final minute of regulation slip away. Marcin Gortat added 14 points and eight rebounds for the Wizards.

Knight forced overtime with a 3-pointer with 15.1 seconds left in regulation and Henson and Ersan Ilyasova opened the extra session with baskets. Ariza’s three free throws with 42.8 seconds left were the Wizards’ only overtime points and Knight hit a jumper and later added a free throw to seal it.

Milwaukee used a 14-1 burst late in the second quarter to take a 15-point lead en route to a 56-43 lead at the break. Washington trimmed its deficit to four on a 3-pointer by Ariza in the final minute of the third quarter.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Milwaukee had a 52-34 edge in points in the paint. … Wizards first-round pick Otto Porter Jr. (hip) made his NBA debut and was scoreless in 14 minutes. … Bucks F Caron Butler (knee) missed his fifth consecutive game.
