Pelicans 104, Cavaliers 100: Tyreke Evans collected 19 points and 10 rebounds off the bench and Eric Gordon scored 19, including a key 3-pointer down the stretch, as host New Orleans rallied for its third straight win.

Anthony Davis recorded 17 points and 13 rebounds and Jrue Holiday scored 15 points to go with 11 assists for the Pelicans, who have topped 100 points in four straight games after doing so only once in their first eight contests. Ryan Anderson added 13 points off the bench and Jason Smith scored 11.

Kyrie Irving led Cleveland with 22 points and Jarrett Jack added 19 off the bench. Dion Waiters scored 14 and Tristan Thompson had 12 points and eight rebounds as the Cavaliers lost fifth time in six games.

Cleveland led by as many as 10 in the first quarter before New Orleans closed the period on a 15-4 run to take a 21-20 lead. Waiters scored 12 points in the second quarter as Cleveland opened a 51-42 halftime lead.

The Pelicans took a 66-64 lead when Anderson hit a 3-pointer to cap a 12-0 run with 2:21 left in the third, but Cleveland bounced back once again and led 93-81 after Earl Clark's 3-pointer with 4:46 remaining. Davis scored six points during a 14-2 stretch, including a tip-in with 1:29 left to tie it at 95, and Gordon drilled a 3-pointer from the left wing to put New Orleans ahead for good.

GAME NOTEBOOK: New Orleans coach Monty Williams earned his 100th career win, improving to 100-142 in four seasons with the team. … Davis had only two blocked shots after recording 17 in the previous two contests. … Cleveland rookie Carrick Felix made his NBA debut after missing the first 12 games with a hernia. He played two minutes while No. 1 overall pick Anthony Bennett did not play.
