Spurs 102, Grizzlies 86: Tony Parker scored 11 of his 20 points in the fourth quarter as visiting San Antonio knocked off Memphis to grab its ninth straight win.

Tiago Splitter added 17 points and Manu Ginobili scored 15 off the bench for the Spurs, who handed out 25 assists on 42 field goals. Kawhi Leonard chipped in 12 points and nine rebounds for San Antonio.

Mike Conley scored 28 points and Zach Randolph collected 16 and 10 rebounds as the Grizzlies had a four-game winning streak come to an end. Tony Allen scored 12 points but Marc Gasol left in the second quarter with a sprained left knee.

Memphis pulled within 79-78 on Allen’s jumper with 6:37 left before Parker scored six straight points and Tim Duncan capped an 8-0 burst with a jumper to put the Spurs back in control. Splitter scored four straight points to push the lead out to 96-85 with 1:57 left and Parker’s 3-pointer on the next possession put it away for San Antonio.

The Spurs shot 57.5 percent to take a 51-37 lead into the break before the Grizzlies battled back in the third quarter. Kosta Koufos capped an 8-0 burst with a layup to knot it at 59 but San Antonio never gave up the lead and bounced back to grab a 71-65 advantage heading into the fourth.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Gasol had two points on 1-of-3 shooting before going down with 10:24 left in the second quarter and will be reevaluated on Saturday. … Memphis has dropped three of its last four at home. … Randolph has recorded a double-double in six straight games.
