Kings 107, Nets 86: Marcus Thornton hit four 3-pointers and scored a season-high 24 points off the bench to help host Sacramento beat Brooklyn for its first win since opening night.

Isaiah Thomas had 19 points, six rebounds and six assists for the Kings, who had lost five straight since beating the Denver Nuggets on Oct. 30. Greivis Vasquez added 17 points and a season-high 12 assists, and DeMarcus Cousins collected 15 points and nine rebounds.

Brook Lopez had 16 points, nine rebounds and five blocks as the Nets remained winless through four road games. Shaun Livingston scored 13 points and Deron Williams added 13 points and seven assists.

Cousins scored 10 points in the first 8:07 of the game as Sacramento grabbed a 23-19 lead after the first quarter. Thornton and Thomas then went on a personal 18-4 run to open the second quarter to make it a 52-40 halftime advantage.

Paul Pierce’s dunk made it a 54-45 game early in the third quarter, but Thornton answered with a jumper to start a 12-0 run. Brooklyn never pulled within single digits again.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Sacramento, which averages the fewest turnovers in the NBA at 13, had only seven. … Nets F Andre Kirilenko missed his second game in a row due to back spasms. … Kings rookie G Ben McLemore, who took Thornton's place in the starting lineup, went 1-of-8 for two points.
