Raptors 99, Pistons 82: DeMar DeRozan and Rudy Gay scored 21 points apiece as visiting Toronto routed Detroit.

Amir Johnson added 20 points on 9-of-11 shooting and Jonas Valanciunas had 14 points, 13 rebounds and four blocked shots as the Raptors halted a five-game losing skid.

Jonas Jerebko scored 20 points and Andre Drummond added 17 for the Pistons, who have lost 12 of 13 games. Detroit has lost eight straight home games, matching its worst skid on the home floor since the 2000-01 campaign.

The Raptors led 46-45 at halftime and pulled away with a big third quarter. A 3-pointer by DeRozan pushed the lead to 70-50 with 4:16 left in the stanza as Toronto outscored the Pistons 36-15 to take a 22-point lead into the final quarter.

Detroit was within 17 early in the fourth quarter before the Raptors scored 10 straight points to push the lead to 91-64 on a 3-pointer by Alan Anderson with 8:23 left. The Pistons have lost their last three home games by an average of 25.7 points.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The Pistons haven’t won a home game since Feb. 13. … Toronto PG Kyle Lowry dished out 11 assists. … Drummond was 8-of-10 from the field after missing the previous 22 games with a back injury.
