Nets 111, Trail Blazers 93: Brook Lopez scored 28 points and Reggie Evans added 22 points and a career-high 26 rebounds as visiting Brooklyn completed a season sweep of Portland.

Deron Williams contributed 10 assists for the Nets, who tied their franchise record for the most road wins in a season at 20 and improved to 4-1 on their eight-game, 13-day road trip. The win was Brooklyn’s sixth in 38 games at the Trail Blazers.

Portland fell 3 1/2 games back of the eighth-place Los Angeles Lakers in the Western Conference despite LaMarcus Aldridge’s 24 points. The Trail Blazers were outscored 37-17 in the first quarter and trailed by as many as 30 in the third period.

Brooklyn, which sits in fourth place in the East, improved to 26-4 against sub-.500 teams while outscoring Portland 74-38 in the paint. Evans, who recorded his first career 20-20 game and matched his career high in points, had nine points and 10 boards in the first quarter.

Damian Lillard scored 15 points for the Trail Blazers, who cut the deficit to 101-87 with six minutes remaining before the Nets reinserted their starters and scored six unanswered points to seal their second straight win.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Brooklyn moved to 19-3 when scoring 100 or more points. … Nets G Joe Johnson missed his second straight game due to a right quadriceps contusion. … Aldridge left the game in the fourth quarter with a right ankle sprain and did not return.
