: Nate Robinson had 22 points and 10 assists as visiting Chicago survived a second-half rally by Minnesota.

Jimmy Butler scored 20 points and Carlos Boozer contributed 19 and 12 rebounds for the Bulls, who next host streaking Miami at home Wednesday. Luol Deng had 14 of his 17 points in the first half for Chicago.

Derrick Williams led the Timberwolves with 28 points. Ricky Rubio chipped in 15 and a team-high eight assists for Minnesota, which was outrebounded 52-32.

It took more than four minutes for the Bulls to get on the board but they dominated the remainder of the first half, going up 56-40 on Taj Gibson's basket in the waning seconds. The Timberwolves clawed to within 10 points entering the fourth and continued to rally.

Chase Budinger, Alexey Shved and Williams each hit 3-pointers in a span of 85 seconds and Dante Cunningham's jumper moments later trimmed the Timberwolves' deficit to 90-85 midway through the final frame. Robinson answered with a 3-pointer and Butler hit three straight free throws - one after a J.J. Barea technical foul - as Chicago built up a safe cushion.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The Bulls improved to 19-15 on the road, compared to 19-16 at home. ... Chicago played its second straight game without All-Star C Joakim Noah (plantar fasciitis). SG Marco Belinelli also sat with an abdomen injury. ... Williams was held without a field goal and scored just four points in a rout of Phoenix on Friday. He was 11-for-18 in this one.
