Spurs 130, Kings 102: Danny Green scored 15 points and Tiago Splitter had 14 and 11 rebounds as San Antonio bounced back from a rare home loss by throttling visiting Sacramento.

DeJuan Blair scored 16 points off the bench and the Spurs had eight players in double figures but may have suffered a costly injury when star point guard Tony Parker exited with a sprained ankle in the third quarter.

Kawhi Leonard scored 14 points and Tim Duncan had 13 and 10 boards for San Antonio, which improved to a league-best 23-3 at home in bouncing back from an overtime loss to Phoenix.

Marcus Thornton scored 25 points and Isaiah Thomas added 18 for Sacramento, which was denied in its bid to win consecutive road games for the second time this season.

Parker had six of his 13 points in the third quarter as the Spurs stretched a 14-point halftime lead to 22 before rolling his ankle. He had to be assisted by teammates off the court.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Parker, who extended his streak of scoring in double digits to a career-high 50 games, is expected to be out for a while, according to Duncan and Spurs coach Gregg Popovich. ... Manu Ginobili collected 15 assists and San Antonio had 41 for the game - its highest total since 1990. ... Kings C DeMarcus Cousins had only nine points and seven rebounds as Sacramento loss to the Spurs for the 22nd time in 24 meetings.
