Nets 97, Magic 77: Deron Williams collected 20 points and nine assists and Brook Lopez scored 16 points as Brooklyn ran its home win streak to eight games.

Joe Johnson scored 13 points and Keith Bogans added 12 off the bench for the Nets, who snapped a two-game skid.

Nikola Vucevic had 18 points and nine rebounds and Moe Harkless scored a career-high 16 for Orlando, which was without leading scorer Arron Afflalo (left calf strain). The Magic have dropped six straight and 17 of 19.

Brooklyn closed the first quarter on a 10-2 run to open a double-digit advantage and led 56-40 at halftime. Williams scored 15 of his 20 during the first half.

Orlando showed some life in the third quarter, pulling within 67-61, but the Nets reeled off a 12-2 run that stretched into the fourth quarter and coasted the rest of the way.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The Nets improved to 16-1 when allowing fewer than 90 points. … Brooklyn has won 11 games in two separate months this season (November and January), marking the first time in franchise history. … Orlando G J.J. Redick dished out a career-high 10 assists one night after tying a career-best with 31 points against Detroit.
