Clippers 117, Rockets 109: Jamal Crawford scored a season-high 30 points and visiting Los Angeles posted its second straight easy victory without injured point guard Chris Paul.

Blake Griffin and Eric Bledsoe added 19 points apiece while Willie Green scored 11 of his season-high 15 points in the third quarter to help the Clippers break open the game despite the absence of Paul due to a bruised right kneecap.

James Harden scored 23 points - his 21st consecutive game with at least 20 points - but it wasn't enough to prevent Houston from tumbling to its fourth straight defeat.

The Clippers seized control at the outset of the second half, scoring the first 10 points to build a 68-59 lead. Green then hit a pair of 3-pointers and converted a three-point play to complete a 25-6 burst that put Los Angeles in command 83-65 with 5:31 left in the third.

Houston pulled within 13 points entering the fourth, but Crawford came out firing and outscored the Rockets 12-5 in the first three minutes of the quarter to push the lead to 20 points at 102-82. Houston did not get the deficit under double digits until the final 30 seconds.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Clippers F Grant Hill appeared in his 1,000th career game. It was only the third game of the season for Hill, who became the 20th active player to reach the milestone. ... Rockets PG Jeremy Lin sprained his ankle in practice Monday and was listed as a game-time decision, but he started and finished with 12 points and 10 assists. ... Clippers F Matt Barnes scored 18 points and was 3-of-6 from behind the arc, giving him at least one 3-pointer in 16 straight games.
