Nuggets 101, Pistons 94: Ty Lawson collected 26 points, seven assists and four steals to rally visiting Denver past Detroit.
Corey Brewer scored 15 points off the bench and Andre Iguodala and JaVale McGee added 12 apiece for the Nuggets, who erased a 17-point first-quarter deficit to beat the Pistons for the sixth straight time.
Brandon Knight had 20 points and Jason Maxiell added a season-high 18 points for the Pistons, who lost for the sixth time in eight games.
Detroit squandered a 21-4 lead and trailed 89-80 with four minutes to play before staging a late rally to get within 91-87 with 2:41 left, but Danilo Gallinari buried a 3-pointer during an 8-2 spurt to build the lead up to 10.
The Nuggets hit only one of their first 10 shots and trailed by 17 less than seven minutes into the game, but got within 25-17 at the end of the first quarter. Lawson and McGee scored eight points each as Denver ended the first half with a 20-6 burst to take a 48-42 lead.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Brewer is averaging 17.6 points off the bench in his last five games and has shot over 50 percent in each contest. ... Maxiell tied his career high with six blocks for Detroit, which fell to 1-11 when allowing 100 points. ... Backup PG Andre Miller had 11 points and seven assists as Denver received 42 points from its bench.
