76ERS 105, NETS 87: Elton Brand, Jrue Holiday and Thaddeus Young scored 15 points apiece as visiting Philadelphia clinched a playoff spot in the Eastern Conference with a win in the Nets' final game in New Jersey.

The 76ers wrap up the eighth seed in the East with a 34-30 record. Philadelphia has won three straight, all coming on the road, and eliminated Milwaukee from playoff contention.

After 35 years in New Jersey, the Nets will move to Brooklyn next season. MarShon Brooks led the Nets with 18 points while Kris Humphries had 16 points and 12 rebounds.

Deron Williams missed his fourth straight game for the Nets because of a sore right calf. New Jersey has lost five straight and six of seven.

The 76ers last trailed 5-2 and took the lead for good early in the first quarter and built a 10-point lead by midway through the period.

GAME NOTEBOOK:
The 76ers finish the season with two road games, including Wednesday against the Bucks. ... Several former Nets, including Derrick Coleman, Kendall Gill and Kenny Anderson, attended the game and took part in a halftime ceremony.
