WIZARDS 87, BULLS 84:
Kevin Seraphin had 21 points, 13 rebounds and five blocked shots as visiting Washington stunned Chicago.

John Wall scored 16 points and Maurice Evans added 14 as the Wizards overcame an 11-point, fourth-quarter deficit to win for the third time in five games.

Chicago’s C.J. Watson had his tying 3-point attempt bounce off the front of the rim in the final seconds.

Richard Hamilton scored 22 points, Watson had 17 points and eight assists and Carlos Boozer had 16 points and 13 rebounds for the Bulls, who were without guard Derrick Rose for the 24th time this season. Rose tweaked his right foot during Sunday’s game against the Detroit Pistons.

Chicago had a 68-57 lead with under 11 minutes to play prior to Washington rolling off 13 consecutive points and taking the lead on a driving basket by Shelvin Mack with 7:23 remaining.

Hamilton tied the contest at 75 on a 21-footer before Evans recorded a three-point play to put the Wizards ahead to stay with 3:32 to play.

A dunk by James Singleton gave Washington an 82-77 lead but Watson scored seven straight Chicago points, including a 3-pointer to pull the Bulls within a point with 16.5 seconds to play. Evans hit two free throws to get Washington’s lead back to three with 15.9 seconds left.

GAME NOTEBOOK:
The 20-point outing was Hamilton’s fourth of the season. … Seraphin has five double-doubles. … Bulls forward Luol Deng (ribs) missed the game. … Washington center Nene and forward Trevor Booker each missed their 10th straight game because of foot ailments.
