NETS 95, 76ERS 89: Gerald Green scored 12 of his 23 points in the fourth quarter as visiting New Jersey toppled Philadelphia.

MarShon Brooks added 22 points, including a killer 3-pointer with 43 seconds to play, as the Nets avenged Tuesday night's 19-point home loss to the Sixers.

Kris Humphries had his sixth double-double in seven games with 18 points and 13 rebounds to give New Jersey only its second win in the last 11 meetings with Philadelphia.

Jrue Holiday scored 19 points and Evan Turner added 18 for the Sixers, who fell into a tie with New York for seventh place in the Eastern Conference.

Green hit a pair of 3-pointers in an 8-1 run early in the fourth quarter as the Nets moved ahead 76-72. The Sixers came back to tie on four occasions but Green's third 3-pointer of the quarter made it 90-85 with 1:41 to play.

Philadelphia trailed by seven points in the second quarter before Holiday sparked a 19-6 run for an eight-point lead en route to a 44-41 edge at the halftime.

Neither team led by more than six in the third quarter, which ended with the Sixers nursing a 66-63 advantage.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Nets forward Gerald Wallace sat out his second straight game with a hamstring injury. Wallace was hurt in Monday's game against Cleveland. He had scored in double figures in seven of the previous eight games. ... Sixers G Jodie Meeks had his third straight sub-par effort since being moved back into the starting lineup. He had three points on 0-for-5 shooting and has scored 15 points over the last three games.
