PACERS 103, RAPTORS 98: Danny Granger and George Hill each scored 18 points and Leandro Barbosa added 14 against his former team as Indiana beat visiting Toronto for the third time in as many meetings this season.

The Pacers (35-22) fended off a fourth-quarter surge from the Raptors (20-38) to post their seventh consecutive home victory over Toronto. Paul George chipped in 15 points as Indiana shot better than 50 percent from the floor and limited the Raptors to 37 first-half points.

Linas Kleiza's 18 points in a reserve role paced Toronto, which played without leading scorer Andrea Bargnani (left calf). Alan Anderson added 17 points and Amir Johnson had 16.

The Raptors trailed by 14 at halftime, and had any attempt at a third-quarter comeback thwarted by their former teammate. Barbosa's jumper with 3:40 remaining made it 71-59, and he added the final five points of the period - highlighted by a layup at the buzzer - to send the Pacers into the fourth ahead 77-62.

Toronto made a game of it in the final quarter, closing to within a pair after two Kleiza free throws capped a 15-2 run during which the Pacers went more than six minutes without a field goal. Barbosa knocked down a 3-pointer and David West followed with a short jumper to extend the lead to 10, and Toronto wouldn't get closer than five points the rest of the way.

Jose Calderon added eight points and 14 assists for Toronto in his second game back from an eye injury.
