HEAT 99, 76ERS 93: LeBron James scored 15 of Miami's final 17 points to reach 40 for the 48th time in his career and second this season as the host Heat clinched a playoff berth.

Mario Chalmers scored 19 points and Chris Bosh added 17 as Miami won its 16th straight at home and won without Dwyane Wade, who sat out with a bruised left knee.

Evan Turner led Philadelphia with 26 points.

GAME NOTEBOOK:
The 76ers' Andre Iguodala left in the third quarter with an eye contusion and did not return. ... Philadelphia fell 1 1/2 games behind Boston in the Atlantic Division.
