RAPTORS 99, WIZARDS 92: Andrea Bargnani had a game-high 18 points and eight rebounds to lead Toronto to its fifth straight home victory over Washington.

The Raptors led by as many as 15 points and survived a late push by the Wizards in a game they led from start to finish.

Bargnani scored 10 of his 18 points in the first half to help pace the Raptors to a four-point lead at the half. DeMar DeRozan took over in the third quarter, recording 10 of his 15 points in the frame and Alan Anderson knocked down a jumper at the buzzer to give the Raptors a 71-61 advantage after three quarters.

Toronto expanded its lead to 15 points early in the fourth quarter, but the Wizards responded with an 11-2 run - led by a pair of 3-pointers from Roger Mason Jr. to cut the deficit to six at 82-76.

DeRozan halted the late charge by Washington by cutting hard to the basket for a tough lay-in to put the Raptors up 95-89 with 24.5 seconds left and seal the victory.

Jordan Crawford scored a team-high 18 points and John Wall had a double-double with 13 points and 11 assists for Washington, which lost for the sixth time in seven games.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Wizards forwards Trevor Booker and Nene were both sidelined with foot injuries. ... Washington has held opponents to under triple digits in nine straight contests for the first time since Nov. 30-Dec. 17, 2002. ... The Raptors conclude their five-game homestand Tuesday against the lowly Charlotte Bobcats.
