HEAT 106, MAVERICKS 85: LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh combined for 54 points as host Miami exacted revenge on the team that doused its title dreams last June.

James and Bosh each scored 19 points and grabbed nine rebounds while Wade chipped in with 16 points and five assists. The Heat’s top trio shot a combined 21 for 44 from the floor.

An emphatic alley-oop finish from James capped a 7-0 run and gave Miami a 16-point lead with just over three minutes left in the fourth quarter.

The Heat won its 15th straight contest at home, a streak going back to Jan. 24, and topped the century mark on the scoreboard for the first time in seven outings.

Miami grabbed a double-digit lead with a 15-6 run midway through the third quarter. The Heat got an offensive boost from their bench, which contributed 36 points including 16 from Udonis Haslem.

Dallas, which entered Thursday in fifth place in the Western Conference, fell to Miami for the second time this season after defeating the Heat in six games in last year’s NBA Finals.

Dirk Nowitzki scored 16 of his 25 points in the first half. He was 8 for 10 from the field at the break but shot just 1 for 9 in the final two quarters.

Lamar Odom scored 12 points off the bench for the Mavericks while Brandan Wright added 11 points in the loss.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Miami shot 61.5 percent in the first half. … The Heat average only 23 points off the bench. … Vince Carter scored 11 points before hurting his neck in the third quarter.
