BULLS 96, SPURS 89: Derrick Rose scored 29 points and Chicago handed San Antonio only its second home loss of the season.

The Bulls, who have won 11 of 13, took over in the final 6:25 after a breaking a 75-all tie.

San Antonio, which went 8-1 on its annual rodeo road trip, lost at home for the first time since Jan. 20 when it fell to Sacramento. The Spurs are 13-2 on their homecourt.

Gary Neal scored 21 points, including 13 in a row in the fourth quarter, to lead San Antonio. Tim Duncan added 18 points.

Joakim Noah scored 10 points and had 13 rebounds for the Bulls.

The Bulls led 56-45 early in the third quarter, but scored only 15 points in the period. The Spurs were ahead briefly early in the fourth quarter, but Rose's layup with 6:25 remaining gave Chicago a 77-75 lead. Kyle Korver and Luol Deng hit 3-pointers to cap Chicago's 8-0 run.

: Bulls forward Richard Hamilton scored two points in 16 minutes. He returned on Tuesday after missing 13 games with leg injuries. ... Spurs guard Manu Ginobili (strained left oblique) missed his third straight game. ... . T.J. Ford returned after missing 24 games with a torn left hamstring. He was scoreless in eight minutes.
