GAME NOTEBOOK
: Shaquille O'Neal, who bolted the Magic for the Los Angeles Lakers via free agency, doesn't want Orlando center Howard to follow in his footsteps. Citing the growth of the Orlando area, O'Neal said it would be a "travesty" if Howard leaves when he becomes a free agent after the season. ... The Sixers acquired a piece of their history by obtaining the court on which Wilt Chamberlain registered his historic 100-point game in 1962.
