Rookie Gary Neal and Manu Ginobili scored 22 points apiece and the San Antonio Spurs stretched their winning streak to 10 games with a come-from-behind 109-103 victory over the visiting Denver Nuggets on Wednesday.

Neal made five 3-pointers and Ginobili hit four, including one with 2:47 remaining to put San Antonio (25-3) ahead to stay.

Ty Lawson and J.R. Smith scored 22 points apiece for Denver (16-11). The Nuggets were without leading scorer Carmelo Anthony, who missed the contest due to a death in his family.

San Antonio trailed 89-80 entering the final quarter before holding Denver to 14 fourth-period points while draining five 3-pointers.

Richard Jefferson scored 16 points for San Antonio, which made 14-of-28 shots from the arc. Matt Bonner scored 13 points and hit three 3-pointers, rookie Tiago Splitter had 12 points and nine rebounds and Tony Parker had 11 points and nine assists for the Spurs.

Chauncey Billups scored 20 points for Denver.
