Zach Randolph collected 21 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists and Mike Conley scored 15 of his 22 points in the fourth quarter and added five steals as the Memphis Grizzlies jumped out early and held off the visiting Philadelphia 76ers, 102-91, on Tuesday.

Sam Young chipped in 12 points and Rudy Gay scored 11 in just over 12 minutes before leaving the game with a left shoulder injury. The Grizzlies head into the All-Star break having won four straight and six of eight this month.

Philadelphia was cold from the field early, allowing Memphis to jump out to a 26-10 lead after the first quarter. The 76ers would crawl back into the game slowly, closing to within a point at 73-72 with 1:27 left in the third quarter.

Back-to-back baskets by Greivis Vasquez and Darrell Arthur kept the Grizzlies on top and Randolph and Conley combined for four points apiece during an 8-0 run to begin the fourth quarter and keep Memphis clear.

Thaddeus Young scored 23 points to lead Philadelphia.
