Randy Foye scored 17 of his 24 points in the fourth quarter and Baron Davis collected 16 points and 16 assists as the Los Angeles Clippers held off the host New York Knicks, 116-108, on Wednesday.

Rookie sensation Blake Griffin scored 21 points but grabbed just six rebounds to snap his latest double-double streak at 10 games for the Clippers, who snapped a four-game overall slide and picked up their first road victory since Dec. 27 at Sacramento.

Los Angeles has seven games left on its 11-game road trip, which concludes with a date against the Lakers as the visiting team at the Staples Center on Feb. 25.

The Clippers made their move in the second quarter Wednesday, getting eight points from Ryan Gomes and a 3-pointer from Davis during a 16-2 burst that helped them take a 58-47 lead at the half. Los Angeles pushed the margin to as much as 84-64 with 3:13 left in the third quarter.

The Knicks recovered to pull within 101-98 on Amar'e Stoudemire’s basket with 4:26 to play, but Foye scored eight straight points and assisted on a basket by Griffin to put the Clippers back in control.

Stoudemire scored 23 points and Raymond Felton added 17 and 12 assists for New York.
