Kobe Bryant scored 27 points, Pau Gasol had 20 points and 14 rebounds and Lamar Odom had 18 rebounds and 13 points as the Los Angeles Lakers earned a 109-87 victory over the visiting New York Knicks on Sunday night at Staples Center.

Los Angeles (27-11) has won four in a row and seven straight against the Knicks (21-15).

Andrew Bynum scored 18 points and Bryant finished with just 10-of-28 shooting from the field. Bryant had 10 rebounds and Shannon Brown added 16 points.

Amar'e Stoudemire had a team-high 23 points and 10 rebounds for the Knicks, who saw their three-game winning streak come to an end.

Wilson Chandler scored 19 and Landry Fields and Raymond Felton scored 12 points apiece.

Lakers forward Matt Barnes will have surgery Tuesday to repair torn cartilage in his right knee, and is expected to sidelined for several weeks.
