Hawks 110, Kings 103: Jeff Teague had 23 points and six assists as visiting Atlanta defeated Sacramento for the 14th consecutive time.

Paul Millsap had 19 points and 10 rebounds for the Hawks, who were without Al Horford (rest) and Kyle Korver (broken nose). DeMarre Carroll contributed 16 points, eight rebounds and three steals and Shelvin Mack scored 14 points as Atlanta recorded its franchise-record 23rd road win.

DeMarcus Cousins had 20 points, 13 rebounds and three blocked shots for the Kings, who have lost nine of their last 11 games. Jason Thompson scored 18 points on 7-of-7 shooting, Andre Miller had 16 points and seven assists and Omri Casspi also scored 16 points for the Kings, who were without Rudy Gay (knee) for the second straight game.

Sacramento was within 96-95 after Miller’s basket with 3:05 remaining and another basket by Miller again brought the Kings within one point with 2:11 left before Atlanta’s Kent Bazemore drained a 3-pointer with 1:06 to play. Teague added a basket to make it 105-99 with 33.7 seconds remaining and knocked down four free throws over the final 15.8 seconds to seal it.

The contest was tied at 41 before Hawks scored the next nine points en route to holding a 54-47 halftime advantage. Atlanta stretched the lead to 13 in the third quarter before Sacramento pulled within four on Thompson’s three-point play late in the quarter before the Hawks took an 82-76 lead into the final stanza.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Korver suffered the nose injury in Sunday’s game against the Los Angeles Lakers and he will miss at least two more games. … Cousins and Miller each committed five of Sacramento’s 20 turnovers. … The Hawks are 21-5 against Western Conference teams.
