Heat 93, Magic 90 (OT): Luol Deng recorded 21 points and grabbed seven rebounds as visiting Miami rallied to snap Orlando’s three-game winning streak.

Hassan Whiteside recorded 15 points, 13 rebounds and three blocks for the Heat, who trailed by seven with less than a minute left in regulation. Dwyane Wade finished with 18 points, including two free throws with 16.6 seconds left in OT, and Henry Walker made two big 3-pointers late in regulation to score 10.

Nikola Vucevic recorded 26 points and eight rebounds while Victor Oladipo scored 13 and had 13 boards, but missed a 3-pointer that could have tied it in the final seconds of OT. Tobias Harris and Willie Green each chipped in with 12 points for the Magic, who finished their homestand 3-1.

Green’s basket gave the Magic an 81-74 lead with 47.7 seconds left in regulation, but the Heat rallied as Walker hit a pair of 3-pointers – the second to tie it with 2.1 seconds left. Wade’s basket gave Miami an 89-86 with 2:25 to go in OT and Vucevic responded with a basket before Orlando failed on the next three possessions and the Heat held on.

Vucevic’s basket with 2:18 left in the third quarter gave the Magic a nine-point lead, but Miami scored 10 of the next 11 – seven by Deng – to tie the game at 61. Green drained a 3-pointer to cap a 9-2 burst for a five-point lead with 5:37 left in the fourth before Wade connected from behind the arc and had another basket to cut the deficit to 73-71.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Orlando F Aaron Gordon scored six points before leaving the game in the second quarter with a sprained right ankle and did not return. … The Magic have allowed fewer than 100 points in seven consecutive games after giving up at least 100 in the previous 14. … Miami, which shot 30.4 percent from the field in the first half and trailed 40-36 at intermission, is 9-0 when Deng has scored at least 20 this season.
