Grizzlies 95, Pistons 88: Zach Randolph scored 17 points and recorded a career-high 13 offensive rebounds as host Memphis continued two long streaks with a win over Detroit.

Marc Gasol had 23 points and eight rebounds and Mike Conley added 18 points for the Grizzlies, who have won a franchise-record 19 straight regular-season home contests and have beaten the Pistons 10 straight since a loss Oct. 28, 2009. Randolph shot just 7-of-22 but finished with 22 rebounds - three shy of his career high - and four assists as 9-1 Memphis continued its best start in franchise history.

Kyle Singler knocked down five 3-pointers en route to 21 points and Greg Monroe added 16 points and 11 boards for the Pistons. Starting guards Brandon Jennings and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope combined to shoot 7-of-27 with five assists as Detroit completed a 1-3 road trip and dropped the second game of back-to-backs for the third straight time this season.

Randolph and Gasol combined for 15 points in the opening 12 minutes as Memphis took a 25-16 advantage, but Singler led a second-quarter surge with three 3-pointers and 11 points as Detroit pulled within 51-50 at the half. In an ugly third period where both teams struggled to score, Conley pushed the Grizzlies' lead to nine with a 3-pointer with three minutes left before two drives by Jennings cut the Pistons' deficit to 69-64 entering the fourth.

Detroit's hopes of ending its skid in Memphis took a big hit when Randolph grabbed an offensive rebound and took Andre Drummond off the dribble for a three-point play, and Kosta Koufas followed with a hook for a 74-64 lead with 9:49 to play. Detroit got within five late but Conley beat the 24-second clock with a floater to seal it.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Memphis committed just eight turnovers and held a 53-43 advantage on the glass … Jennings, who scored 61 points in his previous two games on 21-of-37 shooting, including 8-of-15 from the arc, tallied 14 on 6-of-16 shooting. … Randolph has 15 career games with 20 or more rebounds.
