Grizzlies 103, 76ers 77: Mike Conley scored 15 of his 19 points in the third quarter as visiting Memphis sent Philadelphia to its franchise record-tying 20th consecutive loss.

Zach Randolph had 14 points and Marc Gasol added 11 for the Grizzlies, who opened up a 17-point advantage through three quarters and cruised from there en route to their fifth win in six games. Memphis shot 54.3 percent from the field while overcoming 22 turnovers.

Michael Carter-Williams led all scorers with 23 points for the 76ers, who equaled the club mark for futility originally set in a 108-90 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers on Feb. 11, 1973. Thaddeus Young added 20 points while Tony Wroten contributed 13.

Conley blew open a single-digit game with a dominant third quarter, knocking down 3-pointers 2:22 apart bridging the midway point of the period as Memphis hit seven of its first nine shots to breeze to a 74-57 advantage entering the fourth. The Grizzlies benched their starters to open the final quarter, and backup point guard Nick Calathes put an exclamation point on the rout by setting up four Memphis baskets over a span of less than four minutes to make it 89-64.

Memphis used its typically stifling defense to open up a 45-36 first-half lead, limiting the up-tempo 76ers to 37.5 percent from the field and 22.2 percent from beyond the arc. Carter-Williams led all scorers with 13 points while the teams combined to commit 23 turnovers.
