Grizzlies 110, Wizards 104: Tayshaun Prince erupted for a season-high 21 points and visiting Memphis held off a late rally to snap Washington's six-game winning streak.

Prince, who had reached double figures just four times in his previous 22 games, was 8-of-11 from the floor and chipped in six rebounds as the Grizzlies won for the seventh time in their last nine games and pulled within a game of the final playoff spot in the Western Conference. Mike Conley finished with 20 points and seven assists and Zach Randolph added 16 points and 10 boards.

John Wall scored 11 of his 23 points in the final three minutes to lead the Wizards. Bradley Beal contributed 21 points and Marcin Gortat added 16 points and eight rebounds for Washington, which scored 40 points in the fourth quarter after producing only 19 in the third.

Memphis led 90-71 with under eight minutes remaining and was still up by 15 with just over three minutes left before the Wizards produced a 14-3 run - including eight points by Wall - to get within 102-98 in the closing moments. Prince buried a jumper to make it a six-point bulge with 55.9 seconds to go and Conley made four free throws in the final 20 seconds to help offset a late layup for Wall and a 3-pointer by Beal.

Prince had a three-point play to cap a 9-0 run in the second quarter and drained a 3-pointer to end the period and send Memphis to the break up 50-45. He also scored in another 9-0 burst late in the third before once again draining a mammoth triple with the shot clock winding down to give the Grizzlies a 74-64 advantage in the waning moments of the stanza.
