Grizzlies 92, Spurs 90: Mike Conley drove for the winning basket with 0.6 seconds left to cap a 23-point effort as Memphis defeated San Antonio for its 12th consecutive home victory.

Jerryd Bayless scored 17 points and Marc Gasol added 16 for the Grizzlies, who moved into a tie with the Denver Nuggets for third place in the Western Conference. Memphis tied the franchise record for victories in a season with 50, set in 2003-04.

Tony Parker scored 25 points but missed a tying attempt at the buzzer. Tiago Splitter added 13 points and 11 rebounds for the Spurs, who were without forwards Tim Duncan (knee) and Kawhi Leonard (knee) and guard Manu Ginobili (hamstring) and saw their lead in the West fall to one game over the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Spurs had a six-point lead midway through the fourth quarter and Memphis finally knotted the score at 90 on Conley’s 3-pointer with 30.7 seconds left. Parker missed a go-ahead shot with seven seconds remaining before Conley’s game-winner gave the Grizzlies their first lead since late in the first quarter.

San Antonio led 44-37 at halftime after holding Memphis to 31.7 percent shooting from the field. The Grizzlies rebounded to go 11-of-19 from the field in the third quarter but trailed 70-62 entering the final stanza.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Memphis F Zach Randolph had a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds. … The Spurs announced earlier Monday that Ginobili will be sidelined from three to four weeks. … Grizzlies PG Mike Conley failed to get a steal, ending a streak of 64 games with at least one.
