Pistons 92, Bobcats 91: Charlie Villanueva scored 15 of his 18 points in the fourth quarter, including the winning basket, as visiting Detroit snapped a 10-game losing streak.

Jason Maxiell had 14 points and Rodney Stuckey added 13 off the bench as the Pistons beat the Bobcats for the seventh consecutive time in Charlotte.

Kemba Walker scored 25 points and reserve Jannero Pargo had 16 for the Bobcats, who were denied in their bid for a season high-tying third straight victory.

Pargo scored 11 points in the final 3:05 of the third quarter to send Charlotte into the fourth quarter with a 76-69 lead. Villanueva came off the bench to spark the comeback, burying three 3-pointers to help Detroit go ahead by two points.

Walker's three-point play with 67 seconds left gave the Bobcats an 89-88 lead, and he answered a dunk by Villanueva with two free throws to for a 91-90 edge with 31 seconds left. Villanueva missed a go-ahead 3-point attempt but scored the winning basket when Greg Monroe grabbed the rebound and fed him with 15 seconds to play.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Pistons G Brandon Knight scored 10 points in his return to the lineup after missing four games with a sprained ankle. ... Bobcats F Josh McRoberts suffered a left shoulder strain late in the first quarter and did not return until about the four-minute mark of the third. ... Pistons reserve G Will Bynum, who underwent X-rays on his ailing hand, was scoreless in six minutes and did not play in the second half.
