Trail Blazers 105, Jazz 99: Rookie Damian Lillard scored 23 points to lead host Portland to a win over Utah in the back half of a home-and-home set.

J.J. Hickson scored 21 points and LaMarcus Aldridge had 18 for the Trail Blazers, who had a season-low 77 points in a loss in Salt Lake City on Friday. Nicolas Batum finished one assist shy of his third triple-double in seven games.

Randy Foye led five Jazz players in double figures with 23 points. Utah fell to 9-17 on the road despite producing 24 assists against only four turnovers.

Foye hit three of his six 3-pointers midway through the third to help the Jazz build a 63-53 lead. Portland responded with a 21-4 run, and Nolan Smith's 3-pointer early in the fourth gave the Blazers a 79-71 advantage.

Utah managed to forge a tie moments later but never regained the lead after Luke Babbitt snapped the deadlock with a 3-pointer with 7:07 left. Foye made it interesting with six points in the final minute, including a 3-pointer that made it a three-point game, but Portland iced it at the line.
