Nets 93, Bulls 89: Brook Lopez scored 20 points and host Brooklyn used a big fourth quarter to subdue undermanned Chicago.

Joe Johnson and MarShon Brooks added 13 points apiece for the Nets, who became the first team in eight games to score more than 90 points against Chicago. Deron Williams and Andray Blatche poured in 11 points apiece.

Marco Belinelli and Luol Deng led the way with 18 points each for the Bulls, who were without frontcourt starters Carlos Boozer (strained hamstring) and Joakim Noah (plantar fasciitis). Their absence showed in the boxscore, where the Bulls were outrebounded 40-29 and surrendered 56 points in the paint.

Chicago roared back from a 12-point first-quarter deficit, tying the score on a long Nate Robinson jumper with 2:12 remaining in the half and riding a Deng 3-pointer in the final minute to a 42-41 lead at the break. Jimmy Butler and Richard Hamilton knocked down consecutive jumpers to stretch the lead to six, and Belinelli added a long jumper late in the period as the Bulls carried a 67-63 advantage into the fourth.

Brooklyn made quick work of the deficit, scoring the first seven points of the quarter and extending the lead to seven on a Blatche layup with 5:29 left. Chicago drew within three, but Johnson followed with a 3-pointer, Blatche converted a three-point play and Brooklyn held on from there.
